The Conference Hotel
A block of rooms for the conference is available for the nights of July 19, 20 and 21 at the neighborhood Holiday Inn at conference rates.
- Holiday Inn is on
57th Street around the corner from John Jay at a special conference rate of $152 per night.
You may book a standard room at that rate with either one king or two queen size beds (based on availability).
To receive the conference rate, contact the hotel directly at 1-212-581-8100 and advise you are attending the 'Northeast Digital Forensics Exchange' which has a 'block group code XDF'.
Booking Deadline. Rooms are held for conference attendees only until June 26, 2009, after which they may be booked based on availability.
Hotels for Presenters . If you are a presenter at NeFX2009, do not book the Holiday Inn on your own. You will be contacted by the NeFX Coordinators.
How about a working vacation in New York?
Why not take advantage of reduced hotel rates for NeFX2009 to enjoy a New York summer getaway? The Holiday Inn serving as the conference hotel has offered to let you take advantage of the conference rate whether you come early for the weekend stay a couple of days after the conference. A few rooms are available for the Friday and Saturday (July 17-18) before NeFX and for the Wednesday and Thursday (July 22-23) after NeFX.
